FAQ ——

Question What are the advantages of new crusher and pulverizer technologies?

Some new crushers use intelligent control systems to monitor equipment operation in real time, automatically adjust operating parameters, improve production efficiency, and reduce the risk of failure. New crushers have made significant breakthroughs in energy saving, using motors and an optimized crushing structure to reduce energy consumption per unit of output. At the same time, in terms of environmental protection, new equipment can better control dust emissions, reducing pollution to the working environment and the atmosphere.

Question Can the output particle size of crushers and pulverizers be adjusted? How to adjust?

The output particle size of most crushers and pulverizers is adjustable. For example, the jaw crusher can control the output particle size by adjusting the size of the discharge port, generally achieved by adding or removing shims or adjusting the position of the wedges. The impact crusher can adjust the output particle size by changing the gap between the impact plate and the hammer. For pulverizers, such as Raymond mills, the particle size can be adjusted by adjusting the speed of the classifier; the faster the speed, the finer the finished particle size.

Question How is the crushing ratio of a crusher or pulverizer defined, and what is its significance?

Reduction ratio refers to the ratio of the feed size to the discharge size of a crusher or grinder. It reflects the degree of crushing or grinding of the material by the equipment. A higher reduction ratio means that the equipment can process materials from a larger size to a smaller size. In production, selecting equipment with an appropriate reduction ratio according to different process requirements helps to improve production efficiency, ensure product quality, and avoid excessive crushing, which leads to energy waste and equipment wear.

Question What are the characteristics of materials suitable for different types of crushers and grinders?

Jaw crushers are suitable for materials with high hardness and brittleness, such as various ores. Their strong squeezing ability effectively crushes large chunks of material. Hammer crushers are effective for materials with medium hardness and brittleness, such as coal and limestone, quickly crushing them into smaller particles. For materials with greater toughness, such as certain metal recycling materials, a crusher or grinder with a special design may need to be selected, such as a double-shaft shredder, which processes materials through shearing and tearing.

Question How does a crusher achieve material crushing?

There are various types of crushers. Taking the hammer crusher as an example, high-speed rotating hammer blades strike the material, causing it to collide and rub against other components within the machine, thus crushing it. A vibration mill, on the other hand, uses grinding media in a high-frequency vibrating cylinder to impact, grind, and shear the material, pulverizing it into fine powder.

Question What types of crusher working principles are there?

Common crusher working principles include compression, such as jaw crushers using the relative compression of the moving and stationary jaws to crush materials; impact, like impact crushers utilizing the impact of hammers on a high-speed rotating rotor, with materials repeatedly colliding between the impact plate and hammers; and the lamination crushing principle of cone crushers, which crushes materials through the compression of the crushing wall moving towards the bowl liner.

Question What is the difference between a crusher and a pulverizer?

Crushers are typically used to process larger materials, initially breaking them down into medium-sized particles. They emphasize the use of significant mechanical forces, such as compression and impact, to split large pieces of material. Grinders, on the other hand, focus on further refining medium-sized or small materials into even finer particles. This is achieved through high-speed rotating components or grinding media, meeting more precise production requirements.

Question What kind of materials are your crushers suitable for?

Our crushers can handle a variety of materials, including ores, construction waste, scrap metal, plastics, wood, etc. Specific models are designed for different materials. Please provide details of your requirements, and we will recommend the most suitable equipment.

Question How should the production capacity and power of the equipment be selected?

Production capacity and power requirements should be determined based on your material properties, feed size, and finished product requirements. Our technical team can provide you with free consultation and recommend a matching model based on your production needs to ensure high efficiency and energy saving.

Question How is after-sales service and spare parts supply ensured?

We provide comprehensive after-sales service, including equipment installation guidance, operation training, and regular maintenance. We have a sufficient supply of accessories and offer rapid response worldwide to ensure the long-term stable operation of your equipment.
